Before the summer leaves us, let’s get some fresh taste with this gorgeous and simple Peach Salad!
- 6 Juicy yellow peaches
- 20 ml water
- 120 g of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
- 3 sprigs of fresh mint
- Juice of half a lime
Don’t bother peeling the peaches and cut them in the shapes that suits you.
Pour the water, sugar, lemon juice, mint and ginger in a small saucepan. Add the Mint cut in small pieces.
Then make it all boil for about 10 minutes.
Let it cool down before pouring over the fruits.
Put the salad back in your fridge before serving a bit chilled.
