2. Cut 1/4 of a red onion, and a portion of blue cheese.
5. In a pan, heat some olive oil and a knob of butter. Roast the pear for 3 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with two table spoons of little sugar and cook till the pears are brown on each sides.
6. When the wheat is completely cooked, mix it in the pan with the onions.
7. Cook over medium heat and add the blue cheese, cook till the blue cheese completely melt. remove from heat and add the Crème Fraiche.
